The Spanish Channel

A Brooklyn-based band with a thunderous indie rock sound, the Spanish Channel are a powerpop outfit whose sound draws on influences that include the Foo Fighters, Weezer, Maroon 5, Fountains of Wayne and Stone Temple Pilots. Since being formed in 2009, the band has been hard at work gigging and recording. Among other things, the Spanish Channel has written and recorded the theme for the Federal Hockey League’s Danbury Whalers and appeared at Caeser’s Palace in Atlantic City, where they recorded this storming live video for “Mergers and Acquisitions.”
