The Dirty Clergy

Formed in 2009, the Dirty Clergy are a rock and roll band from Winfield, Alabama. Known for their distinct, edgy sound that’s a hybrid of grunge, garage rock, and punk, the band draw on influences that include Oasis, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and the Ramones. For a band that started out as a folk duo, the Dirty Clergy have a pretty rocking sound. You can get a good sense of the band’s stripped down vibe and style when you watch this video for “Shake.”
