Artist Showcase Winner: Specyphi

Eclectic Cincinnati rockers Specyphi are GSTV’s May Artist Showcase winners

 

A hard rock/metal outfit from Cincinnati, Specyphi also incorporate elements of rock, blues, and acoustic music into their sound. The band is fronted by vocalist Josh Fent and features Shane Doan on lead guitar, Telly Kools on bass, and Matt Grooms on drums. Although the band has only been in operation for a couple of years, they already have an endorsement deal with B.C. Rich guitars. Check out the headbanging video for Specyphi’s “Snowy Summer.”
