LA Venues: The Echo/Echoplex

 

The Echo and the Echoplex are two of the most important music venues to have sprung up on the eastside of L.A. in the last decade. The clubs are essentially offshoots of  the former Club Spaceland, which was widely regarded as the pioneering venue of the eastside rock scene.
