We Were Giants

We Were Giants are two brothers and their best friends who make music loud together. The band have a riotous indie pop-rock sound, and an understated cool about them that could easily transform them into indie darlings, were the cards to fall that way. They’ve already landed airplay on some of the top stations in Ireland and could have what it takes to appeal to a more international audience. The Dirty Clergy

Formed in 2009, the Dirty Clergy are a rock and roll band from Winfield, Alabama. Known for their distinct, edgy sound that’s a hybrid of grunge, garage rock, and punk, the band draw on influences that include Oasis, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and the Ramones. For a band that started out as a folk duo, the Dirty Clergy have a pretty rocking sound. You can get a good sense of the band’s stripped down vibe and style when you watch this video for “Shake.”
