Zakk Wylde and the Black Label Society tease new album with video trailer
Zakk Wylde and his band, Black Label Society have dropped a new online trailer for their upcoming album Catacombs of the Black Vatican.
The album, which is due out on April 8, will be the band’s first release of new material since 2010′s Order of the Black.
Wylde has also announced a 13-date acoustic tour on which he’ll be joined by new BLS guitarist, Dario Lorina. The two plan to play stripped down, intimate versions of songs from the Black Label Society’s catalog, with Wylde also reading excerpts from his 2012 book Bringing Metal to the Children.
Speaking to Guitarworld.com, Wylde said the tour would be kind of like “Music meets George Carlin on steroids.”
