SweetEve

Initially formed in 2008, SweetEve are Hollywood hard rockers with national touring experience under their studded belts. The band has a guitar heavy slightly experimental alt-rock sound that’s just on the pop side of being all-out metal. Flying V-wielding frontman Tony Francis has a straight-across-the-plate rock voice and belts out the songs while Andres Smith intertwines hooky lead sequences over the bombastic rhythms of drummer Alex Fox and bass player Leo Roriz. Winchester Rebels

Winchester Rebels are a heavy hitting rock outfit that hail from the unlikely enclave of Santa Barbara, California. The group’s sound is heavily influenced by ‘90s hard rock and grunge bands such as Alice In Chains, STP, and Guns & Roses. Singer Nick Hunt delivers powerful and ranged rock vocals that soar along with the ripping and tearing guitar parts laid down by twin axe-men Nick Fitzgerald and James Longoria. UK indie-rockers Endeavours are a four-piece outfit from the northern city of Wigan near Liverpool. The band draw from a variety of cool past and present influences including bands like the La’s, The Beatles, and the Arctic Monkeys to craft an edgy indie-pop sound that’s uniquely their own. Gear Profile: Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Auction

Guitar Shop TV attended Eric Clapton‘s 2011 Crossroads Guitar Auction at Bonham’s Auction House in New York, and it was a sight to behold. The Auction was established to aid The Crossroads Centre in Antigua, an addiction recovery facility founded by Clapton in 1998.
