Gear Profile: Taylor Acoustics
Guitar Shop TV met with Taylor Guitars at NAMM to check out their redesigned rosewood bodied 700 series to a vintage Americana style with a standard Englemann top and venetian cutaway. In addition to the new look, guitars in the 300 series and above are now also available in a nylon string model. The 200 series budget-friendly guitars have also been made available in a black or sunburst top. Check out the above video for more detail!
The Brocks
The Brocks are a likable indie pop outfit from Provo Utah. The band has a catchy, keyboard-driven sound that’s not out of step with contemporary hit makers like Foster the People and the Killers. The Brocks is comprised of singer Dane Brock and his guitarist brother Grant Brock along with a rotating rhythm section that currently consists of Matt Woodland and Darrik Cheney.
