Jail Guitar Doorsis an international foundation devoted to putting guitars in the hands of incarcerated individuals. The organization was founded by MC5 guitarist Wayne Kramer, Billy Bragg and Kramer’s wife, Margaret.
Gretsch Custom Shop celebrates 10 year anniversary with Americana-inspired ’54 Roundup
In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Gretsch Custom Shop, Gretsch has released a handful of new models, handmade by Stephen Stern and the Gretsch Custom Shop Team. One of the models that caught our eye was the ’54 Roundup.
This Americana/Western inspired model sports a Trans Red/Brown Relic finish, a knotty pine top, Dynasonic pickups and a “Western Belt Buckle” tailpiece.

MXR commemorates 40th anniversary with documentary series
Iconic American stompbox manufacturer, MXR is celebrating 40 years of its history by releasing a series of mini-documentaries.
The videos will be released in segments and will depict the history of the innovative brand, that was founded in Rochester, New York in the early 1970s.
