Brooklyn‘s rock band sensation Robbers On High Street have opened for headliners such as Hot Hot Heat, Cake, Fountains of Wayne and Brendan Benson. Often compared to The Beatles and Elvis Costello, the Robbers’ latest album, Hey There Golden Hair, was released in September. Their Christmas wish list is short and sweet this year, as they’re asking for: “any one of these” Nouveau Series electric guitars from Spalt Instruments.

The Banana Convention are a supremely energetic Michigan-based pop-punk outfit that according to their bio, are on a mission to “put the FU in fun.” The band are fronted by charismatic lead singer Shar Molina who is backed up by drummer Chris Howard, bassist Sean Drysdale, lead guitarist Jake Voisine and percussionist Monte Nothelfer. Having already enjoyed a measure of success locally, the Banana Convention have also made high profile appearances at the House of Blues in Chicago and on the Vans Warped Tour.
The Latonas are an explosive indie rock outfit from Melbourne, Australia. The band is comprised of dual lead guitarists/vocalists Ben Runyan and Dave Fegan along with drummer Michael Rourke and bassist Dave Fegan, who also both join in on vocals. Having already created something of a name for themselves down under with their catchy, post-punk inflected indie sound, the Latonas have recently began to garner airplay in the US and the UK.
